I've been so domestic this week. Usually for Christmas presents, boyfriend and I put together gift baskets for our families that include baked goods and such. This year my contribution is banana bread and chocolate chip cookies.

Here are a few pics from my adventures in banana bread making.

Anything that starts with butter, eggs, and sugar is destined to be delicious!

I could only find one mixer attachment and my poor mixer was not very happy about it.

Ta-da! The whole house smelled like bananas and we of course had to taste test a loaf right out of the oven. Needless to say it passed our test.

    they look so good! I love the golden brown crust on top with the split....mmmm...I made chocolate chip cookies last night and ate too much dough and cookies... :0)

    Looks great. I normally put chocolate chips in them. What can I say, I was raised by a chocoholic.

    Mmmm yum! Looks delicious. I wish mine turned out like that... i tend to get distracted and burn things that i leave in the oven... :S
