When you have this much basil, there is only one thing you can do....make a whole lot of pesto. This is my mom's plant, I would never be capable of growing a plant this big. Luckily she is super nice and because I helped make the pesto she let me keep some!

We made 10 batches, and froze a lot of it so we will have pesto for a while!
