Success! I conquered the pattern and finished the dress last night. Though, I must admit, there were tribulations. Let's just say that the finished dress is actually dress number 2. With three or so steps left on the first dress, I discovered that it didn't fit, unless I could get used to it choking me. So, back to Joann for a new pattern and new material.

My mom, Ms. Green Thumb, let me plant a few rows of lettuce and spinach in her garden this afternoon. It should be ready in 7 to 10 days. Who new that it grew so quickly? Can't wait!
You asked when the lettuce would 'come up'.... that's way different then when will it be ready to eat. !! Not 7 - 10 days. LOL. I think it said something like 45 - 60 days. Sorry... I know your taste buds were getting ready.
